R. Balamurugan has 14 years of Industry Experience in IT Infrastructure Support and Operation. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect. He is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and retirement of the systems and personnel that are at the core of an organization. He has started his career with Jeevan as System Administrator way back in 2004 and he is now IT Infrastructure Manager. He is a very hard working and always willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Bala is a B.Sc graduate from Bharathidasan University and MBA from Madurai Kamaraj University. He is focused ready and eager to learn new processes without hesitation. He continually pursues and dedicates himself on further enhancing his career and being part of the overall goal at hand.
