He has proven ability to manage and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity using development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile Methodologies such as Scrum and Iterative.

Rajadurai has good expertise in managing diverse project teams of application development, business analysis and content writing to complete the project objectives. Excellent experience in developing software products for US Income Tax, ELearning, Healthcare verticals.
