Anand is a professional BPO operations manager for the Tax Products Sales and Support Team, where he is in charge of managing daily operations and employees to ensure maximum efficiency and revenue development. He develops and executes revenue management best practices, assists in the recruiting and training of employees, and analyses revenue and other customer service indicators to determine organizational/product growth and service levels. He is a great manager who is well-organized, dependable, and results-oriented. His goal is to do everything he can to help our business achieve its objectives and achieve exceptional outcomes.
